Why does it matter if I don't submit all of my volunteer hours? The
reports are needed to record your volunteer and education hours so
you can maintain your Certified Master Gardener status. And just as
important is the fact that Rutgers Cooperative Extension receives
funding from the county based on the number of volunteer hours that
we provide them with each year. The more volunteer hours (service)
submitted, the greater the benefit to RCE. Please record your
volunteer hours accurately and completely.
This method uses an Excel form you save to your
computer, then open to start using. You simply tab through the
fields and enter your information, making this the easiest way to
track your hours. It also saves you time, money, and is better for
the environment, since there is no paper, stamp or envelope :)
Mail in Form
If you prefer the paper method, simply open this
file to print a form you can fill in and mail. Instructions for both
reporting methods are contained in each file.
